Lighting System specifics:

NSI MC 24/48 controller
ETC L86 dimmer rack with 102 2.4 kW dimmers loaded.

ALL circuits with 20 amp 125 VAC twist lock connectors.
All electric positions except floor pockets, are serviced with 1/1/2" pipe
 

Electric's positions:

Front of House bar:. 27 ea. circuits.  Positions are serviced from motor operated winch the raises and lowers bar in house.

Box Boom/Pockets:  each BB has 3 ea. circuits

On stage electric's: 4 electric's flown from counter weight system.  12 ea. circuits per bar in three 4 channel groups.  With in the groups circuits are mult'ed. The 4th electric is positioned behind the upstage traveler.

Floor Pockets: There are 5 ea.  three circuit floor pockets. Three upstage and one on each side of the stage approximately center.

House Lighting Plot

FOH: The house lighting plot provides for 6 zones from the FOH.  Three across and two deep.  The DS zones cover down to the edge of the stage.  The second row covers the transition areas to where the first electric picks up. These zones use three fixtures per zone,  Two in a cross and a front fill (all 6x16 ER's)

The FOH also has three color washes:  Red, Amber and Blue which is double hung. The FOH color washed are accomplished with PAR 64 fixtures lamped 1kW MF,  The second blue fixture is an 8" Fresnel lamped at 1kW.

The Box Boom Positions: Have three ER fixtures per side.  The fixtures are focused as side light in the zones located on the apron of the stage.

Onstage Electrics: The first two onstage electrics consist of two color washes, back light for the preceding DS zone and front light for the zone that is US of the position.

The Third Electric: currently carries back light and front light for the SR and SL zones. Color bars provide additional color washes from the third electric.  NOTE: the USC zone front light comes from the second electric.

Sound System specifics

The sound system control is located in a closed in control booth.  Operators are able to hear the sound mix in the room via a "Booth Ears" monitoring system.  A stereo microphone array is located on just outside of the booth on the the wall above the center window.  The location of the microphone is intended to provide accurate sound cues by compensating for the arrival time of the sound to the booth.  The Booth Ears are accessed from a switch on the sound console.

The sound system consists of a Soundcraft 24x4x2 console.  The stage snake currently terminates in the orchestra pit.  A selection of microphone, stands and cables are available for generic P.A. applications.  The main speakers are located in the Box Boom alcoves.  The speakers are JBL professional speakers.  2- 12" a 2" mid and a 1" HF driver.  The amplification is a Carver power amp with 600 watts per channel. The theatre has a subwoofer system.  2 ea. dual 18" Carvin LF boxes with a Carvin 1kW power amp. The theatre has 4 stage monitor wedges.  Yamaha 12M. 12" LF and a 1"on a small horn.  Two monitor mixes are run from the main console in the booth.
